Our chef’s culinary choices change according to the seasons: they can be either influenced by the magic of the winter surrounding our warmly-lit dining-room or by the refreshing, wonderful view over Montepulciano in summer.

All of our recipes are based on fresh, local ingredients and our dishes vary according to the seasonal fruit and vegetables. For instance, among the regional delicacies offered by Tuscan cuisine are Montepulciano’s truffleslocal mushroomshome-made pecorino cheese and local puddings.

All of our dishes are paired with a wide selection of mainly Tuscan wines, among which the well-known Nobile di Montepulciano.
