The quality of the dishes is characterized by a meticulous choice of strictly local, seasonal raw materials, just as the dishes served are seasonal.

From the truffles of the lower Montepulciano area, to the mushrooms of the surrounding woods. From the pecorinos made by the milk artisans of the surrounding area, to the delicacy of the desserts, which are also seasonal.

All accompanied by a selected choice of wines, almost entirely Tuscan, among which the Nobile di Montepulciano stands out.
